President and Chief Executive Officer
Mims Talton serves as President and CEO of Flogistix. He has more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, with a primary focus on production optimization, field service and equipment manufacturing segments. Mr. Talton has founded and operated a number of successful oilfield companies, including Compressco, Inc., Compressco Testing, Master Meter, Well Link Corporation and Mims Oil Tools. He is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Merrill brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. His past experience includes serving as the CFO of a small cap exploration and production company, a controller for a property and casualty insurance company, and a public accountant for one of the big four accounting firms. He holds degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.
Chief Technology Officer
Jerred Wilson is Flogistix’s Chief Technology Officer and shares more than 25 years of experience in software, product development and information technology with the company. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cameron University, he gained extensive skills in web, mobile, voice, artificial intelligence and embedded systems development across multiple industries.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Drake Andarakes joined Flogistix in May 2011 with more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry. Prior to Flogistix, Andarakes worked in the artificial lift segment, holding various sales and business development positions. He also has extensive experience in open/cased hole logging, wireline perforating and tubing conveyed perforating. Mr. Andarakes earned two business degrees from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Vice President of Field Service
Charles Crenshaw joined Flogistix in 2011 and brings more than decade of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Field Service. In his role, Mr. Crenshaw oversees the service and maintenance operations for all Flogistix rental equipment. Mr. Crenshaw holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and has a background in designing and building industry leading software for the oil & gas industry.
Vice President of Petroleum Engineering
Paul Munding joined Flogistix in April 2016 after serving in various engineering roles for some of the largest oil and gas producers in the market. He brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as Vice President of Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Munding graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering and also holds his professional engineering certification.
Vice President of Compression Engineering
Aaron Baker joined Flogistix in 2002 and now serves as our Vice President of Compression Engineering. His career spans nearly 20 years in the gas compression industry with responsibilities ranging from manufacturing and field operations to engineering, design and product development. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University.
Director of Environmental, Safety and Health
Michael Southard joined Flogistix in February 2014, with more than 30 years experience in the safety and health discipline. Prior to Flogistix, Mr. Southard worked with international companies in the chemical, construction, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Southard has a degree in Environmental
Safety and Health and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Manager of Human Resources
Allison Goodman serves as the Company’s Manager of Human Resources. Ms. Goodman joined Flogistix in March of 2017, and has more than 10 years of experience in HR holding various roles in recruiting, people and culture management, compliance, client relations and training. She is an alumnae of
Oklahoma State University with a degree in Human Development. In her role at Flogistix, she is responsible for overseeing all HR functions and assists with the company’s ESG initiatives.
